Just a quick note. If you basically sleep through your shower, you should not use the conditioner before the shampoo. And if you discover that you have done this, it is probably better just to call it done and not try to rinse it out and then use the shampoo. But above all, you should certainly not put in more conditioner after the shampoo.
Someone once told me that your body treats it's need for sleep kinda like a running total. If you need 8 hours of sleep, but you only get 6, then you are at -2. If you get 6 again the next night, then you are at -4. And so on and so forth. I was trying to figure what my total was. Now, math is not my strong suit, but if you figure in 5 years of college, 4 years of being a mom, and my recent job change to a 6am start, I figure that I would have to sleep for almost 6 years straight to be at a positive number. I know that seems pretty exaggerated. But right now, at 6:24 AM, it sounds about right to me...
